Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping in the Continental USWrightMcGillSuperstore.com ships FREE to the continental 48 United States for orders over $50. For delivery to anywhere else, we do our best to use the most cost efficient method and will generally use USPS for a per order charge of $50USD. Our international customers are required to be responsible for all customs inspections and fees.

Delivery methods - We usually ship via FedEx standard ground. Orders placed prior to 5PM MST via credit card settle the day of purchase. Orders placed later than 5PM MST do not settle until the following evening. We cannot ship anything until your credit card charge has been approved and has settled.

Unless the item you purchase states “for immediate shipping” allow 5 business days for most items to ship and 10-15 business days for some items to ship. Please ask prior to your order, about surcharges. Listed s/h charges are stated for the continental 48 US States. International shipping charges are listed separately.

Please read our EASY NO-HASSLE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY for purchases made on this website or by phone. We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase. Except for certain special promotions (please check details listed with promotions or listed here below) and "free shipping" offers, we do not charge a restocking fee on returnable items.

PLEASE OPEN ALL MATERIALS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT AND CAREFULLY INSPECT THEM FOR DEFECTS BEFORE YOU REMOVE TAGS.

IF ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED: Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt and prior to removing tags and/or packing materials. We will immediately pay for pickup of damaged item and prompt replacement.

IF ITEM ARRIVES AND IT IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED - contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will immediately pay for pickup of item and prompt replacement with correct item.

IF ITEM DOES NOT FIT: Give our friendly Tech Support folks a call and we’ll help figure out what will work If you need an exchange, see below for instructions.

ALL RETURNS and EXCHANGES FOR ANY OTHER REASON: Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 30-day limit from date of purchase. Contact our friendly customer service people at 719-269-3474 or email us at info@wrightmcgillsuperstore.com for instructions.

All returns must arrive in original packing with tags intact in and must reference a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. (Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and/or held for your shipper to pick up.) If you are exchanging your item, you can save time by placing a new order for the replacement item. We will credit you for the return when it has been received and inspected.

We will fully refund purchase price provided the returned items are received in original condition and packaging without scratches or marks of any kind. WrightMcGillSuperstore.com will be the sole judge of original condition.* Shipping/handling costs are not refundable. Please allow 30 days from date of receipt of return for refund, which may be made by check or credit card.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS:

FREE or REDUCED SHIPPING: For items that are purchased with reduced or free shipping charges: We will refund the cost of the item minus a 15 percent re-stocking fee. Feel free to email or call us with any questions, prior to purchase.
